I don't really know what I'm doing yet, but hopefully I'll figure it out in time. I've had the opportunity to learn a lot in school, and create many fun memories at the same time. First things first, here are my five great roommates: Taisha, Valerie, Katherine, Katie, and Amber. I still have a lot of neighbors to meet and get to know, but all the ones I do know are fantastic!</div><div></div><br /><div>My Grandparents have a summer home several hours south of me, and I had the opportunity to visit them a few weeks ago. They are very good friends of mine from the community college I attended, and I was thrilled to see them. Lahni was my roommate my freshman year. Our other roommates, Marissa, lives with her husband about thirty minutes north of me, so she also came down to visit last week. Becky and I were all over the place the whole weekend; we had the opportunity to attend the first session of conference, which was really amazing. I miss those girls, and am excited for the chance to see them at Christmas time!</div><div> </div><div></div><div>Then, this last weekend, I went to Colorado with my friend Chalet and her husband Justin. They recently got married in August. We had a lot of fun visiting Justin's family; it was the first time I'd ever been to Colorado except to visit Four Corners about ten years ago, and I loved it so much. Chalet is a really great friend of mine, and it was great hanging out with her!</div><div></div><div>Sadly, I don't have any pictures of either of those weekends, but both were so fun.</div><div></div><div> </div><div>I can hardly believe that the semester is half over. I've learned a lot already, but feel like there is still so much to be learned between now and December 19th when the semester is over. I'm looking forward to spending the holidays with my family, and beginning a new adventure after that. In the mean time, I hope to make the time to blog about my college experiences.
